About us
There’s more to church than a gathering on Sundays. Whatever your situation, your age, your interests or skills, we know there is something here for you. And of course, we’d love to see you at a Sunday meeting!
Our commitment to living the Christian life together and in a way which communicates to the community around us means we aim to get involved in a lot of different activities.
Bible Teaching
Most importantly, we need to be men and women of the Book, hearing the Word of God and obeying it, so instruction and inspirational preaching are given a high priority. We also love to gather to study the Bible in home groups.
Worship
We are also eager to give plenty of time and energy to worshipping God, honouring his greatness and welcoming his Spirit into our various meetings.
Prayer
We give time to prayer as well, knowing that expressing our dependence on the Lord is vital, and that calling upon him to pour out the blessings of Heaven upon us is our desire.
Children
We want to give our children trained and enthusiastic workers, teaching them the good news of the gospel and encouraging them to express themselves. Click here to find out what’s on for kids & teens.

And we make it our goal to serve every person from every walk of life; marrieds, singles, elderly, homeless, disadvantaged, those with special needs, those seeking the truth, those wishing to exercise spiritual gifts, those looking for friendship... whoever you are, there is a place for you at BEC.
